Well the only thing I can suggest is that you make all the information easy to reference and read.  Don't make huge long sentences which would make it difficult to read in time of emergency.  When that adrenalin is going, no telling what people will be thinking.  Make sure, of course, that she has numbers to reach you, I repeat, numbers to reach you.  That's all the advise that I have for now.  Have a great Trip!!!!!
