I just read your post about finding out that your daughter that was premature may have CAH. I wish I had read it earlier. I have been doing quite a bit of research on newborn screening for CAH. I have found that sometimes a false positive shows up when the test is done under 24 hours of life OR the child is premature. These are the two big reasons the tests show a false reading. In that case they would re-run the test or do several other tests. Hang in there. Let us know if anymore tests are being done.
