I have found is easier to keep track, and to be 200% my son has all his meds by placing a sheet on the frig.  I have everyone including me mark off the doses.  I went on my computer and made a sheet that has all the days to the left, and what he recieves at top.  I place a star in the square after each dose. 

Anyhow, it gives me peace of mind, and I know if helps others.  I think this would help your babysitter to remember Everything.....and the Exact time.  I hope I was of some help.
