My friend's son, 10 yrs old, has a reacurring belly-ache for about a year. It has been worse here lately. The past 3 days he can do nothing but drag himself to the bathroom and that's it!  This kid is SUPER athletic and never still a minute. She took him to the ped who took all kinds of test including blood, urine and a bunch of stuff like mono, hepititis and other things were ruled out. He did tell her that the boy was losing  salt through his urine. She says he is lethargic has huge dark circles under his eyes and is getting weaker all the time. This small town doc tells her they don't know what it is, but that they may have to take him to Children's Hospital. He has had a fever off and on.  He has a very deep voice and is a very active super competing kid. He runs faster than any boy his age that I've ever seen. This Doc is dragging his feet, I think.  Does any ofthis sound familiar???  I'm ready to go get them and head for Children's myself!  Thanks alot!
