I had a receipt a few days ago but threw it out, so I cannot give you an exact breakdown. Three months supply of hydrocortisone @20mg/day and flurocortisone @.15mg/day was $178.00.  The fludrocortisone was more expensive.  We are also with BCBS here in NC, but nothing has filtered through the grapevine yet.
