Thank you everyone who replied to my 1st message.  It has been really helpful to me.  I have already had the blood test and I am now awaiting the results.  My Doctors name is Dr. Zeller, I have been told he is one of the leading Endocrinologest in the US.  Has anyone heard of him?  The nures in his office called me yesterday and told me that the DR. said that my test results look normal.... but he still would like to have my husband tested.  My question is the blood test is testing for the specific gene, am I correct.  How can it be normal, I'm not sure what normal means.  Both my parents carrie it, my sister and brother have it, is it normal that I would or would not have it.  Im afraid that the nurse called me back and didn't even have the DR. look at the result, because she could not tell me either way if I have it or not.  I really appeicate all your help with this matter, I know some about CAH but now that I am trying to be tested there is alot more I feel I need to know.
