Yes, when my son was undersupressed due to the bad liquid cortef, his penis was enlarged and he developed hair in that area as well. He had body odor and lost a lot of weight. I would have them run some tests again. At 3 months old they are probably still trying to titrate his dosage. Insist that they do it right away as being undersupressed is very dangerous for these children. Good luck.
