When my 8-month old salt-wasting CAH daughter was undersuppressed I noticed that she had body odor.  Her 17-ohp level were really high, actually we are still trying to get her meds. right.  She just went for blood work yesterday, so we will find out the results in one week.  I am praying that they are where the doctor wants them.  They were at 3600, then dropped to 540.  The ped. endo. would like to see her levels in the range of 200-250, so we have changed her meds. again.  She was originally on cortisone acetate pills, now she is on cortef.  I hope this works.  Like I said the only thing that I noticed when she was undersuppressed was body odor, that's all.
