I would guess at some sort of infection, too, Lisa. Sounds a lot like an ear or bladder infection - I've been through both with my kids. I think I would take her for a check-up just to be sure; with a fever and possibly an infection, her meds should be adjusted, and perhaps she needs some antibiotics, too.
