sleeping problems

Hello everyone!!  I have an 8-month old daughter with salt-wasting CAH.  She will not sleep!!!!  She gets up at 6:00am and goes to sleep at 9:30pm, in between that time, she may sleep a total of 2 hours.  A half hour nap here, maybe an hour nap here.  Plus she has been getting up during the night.  I put her to sleep at 9:45 last night and she got up at 11:30pm and didn't go back to sleep until 1:30am, then she got up at 6:30am and has been up ever since.  I am so sleep deprived.  I also have a 3-year old, so I really can't sleep when she naps, plus she never naps longer than 1 hour, so it really doesn't make any sense to sleep when she naps.  I don't know what to do anymore, some days I can't even think straight from the lack of sleep.  I guess my question is, could this be a sign of over-suppression or under-suppression?  We see the ped. endo. on Monday, so we will get her blood results then.  Could something be off or do I just have a child who refuses to sleep?  Please help if you can, thanks in advance.  :)
