Re: sleeping problems

I have a CAH salt-losing daughter and we had a problem with her daytime sleeping in the first couple of months.  I went to a sleep clinic, picked up a few tips on looking for tired signs and controlled crying, and within weeks we had her sleeping "like a baby".  She has been a good sleeper even since, except for times of illness.  I have friends who have non-CAH children and they have been terrible sleepers, sometimes up until the age of 2.  It seems that some children are good sleepers and some just aren't.   It may be beneficial for you to attend some sort of sleep clinic or read up on some methods for getting your child to sleep.  These may or may not work, all children are different.  I'm not so sure it is a CAH matter, but I guess we may never know this either.

Good luck.
