That's a better example of the distinction between CAH girls and "intersex". Grabbing such an extreme label serves no purpose except to hurt and confuse people. Girls and women with CAH are women, not "intersex" There is no doubt that they are female. To imply that there is some doubt about that leads to unnecessary embarrassment and pain.
