Wouldn't a cure be wonderful.  As far as I can understand, the only way to 'cure' CAH, would be gene therapy.  Perhaps if you called Anne Carlson she could give you some suggestions.  I know that you have spoken with her before and are of the same opinion as I, that she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
