That is EXACTLY what I had in mind!!! I thought I was dreaming an impossible dream but know it seems more viable. When I went on my trip to LA, I sat next a girl who was going to med school in Chicago. Long story short, she said that her teacher lets them study real cases from time to time and they try to find an answer. Would you be able to email me a copy of the article? I know it might be a long shot, but how will we ever know if we don't try? This is how many cures and treatments are discovered. Do you know if this scientist added something to the genetics or is it oral medication that helps break down the sugar?
