Dear Julia-You have alot of courage and good questions! Do you currently see an adult endocronologist?  If you do, I would ask your endo for a referral to see a urologist.  You need an evaluation by someone who has experience with CAH and the corrective surgery that goes with it.  You can e-mail me on my surgeon's name, etc.  My 4 yr old SWCAH daughter had clitoral recession and flap vaginoplasty at age 2.  There is a link to an adult CAH board from this MB.  Maybe some of the woman can help answer your questions.  Good Luck, Pamela
