I've always thought of classical non-salt wasting CAH as a birth defect of the adrenal gland. Which resulted in a condition that has to be periodically monitored.

     Sometimes, it becomes freakin  !$%!*&!%! CAH when I have trouble getting my perscription refilled because of miscomunication at the doctor's office. I've since learned to never wait until the very end of my perscripton to get it refilled !

    Other than being serverly virilized at birth, I've always been physically healthy.
