My SW-CAH son is now 16.5 yrs. His Florinef dose fluctuated some for a few months after diagnosis at age 2 months. Then it remained the same (0.2mg daily) until he was about 8 or 9 years old, at that time we made a decrease to 0.2mg on even dates alternating with 0.1 on odd dates. He remained on this dose until he was 14 years old (begining of puberty) then we went back up to 0.2 mg every day. He is still IN puberty, so I have no idea what will happen when he gets to the end of it. Hope this helps.
