Since I have learned that Katya's clitoris has been completely removed (all but an itsy bitsy MICROSCOPIC bud) - and the doctor looked quite unahppy with this ~ I am wondering, what are the alternatives here in America?

I know we cannot go back, but what would Katya have had available to her if she were fortunate enough to have been born in the United States?
