Linda SIntersexed may have a place but it isn't here. You are entitled to your ideas. Female babies with CAH not treated in the first 12 weeks (that's when sex organs are formed) may have ambiguous genitalia. They are not intersexed. A child whose pancreas doesn't work perfectly may have diabetes with complications without treatment. The same goes for ambiuous genitalia. With treatment it can be avoided. I am sure 40 years ago it was different for girls with CAH but medicine and DNA testing has come a long way. Thank goodness.
