Just wanted to remind everyone that there is now a Chicken Pox vaccine. There is no guarantee that the child won't get it, but if they do, it should be a much milder case. This is something you might want to discuss with your pediatrician and ped endo. My daughter had the vaccine and had no ill effects. As a side note, in Missouri, having this vaccine will soon be a requirement for all children in state liscenced day care and schools.
