Try Dr. Gary Carpenter at St. Luke's.  He is wonderful.  If you want to come to Philly, try Dr. Iraj Rezvani at Temple Children's (215) 707-6430.  At Dupont, I suggest Dr. Dan Doyle.  I personally do not recommend CHOP, but Dr. Thomas Moshang is supposedly very good clinically.
