Chris DYou may find your insurance plan covers genetic testing (most easily) under it's "family planning" section. Our son was diagnosed at birth with CAH. Long story, but I had some doubts as to whether he really had CAH. Our insurance covered 100% of genetic testing to identify congenital conditions where necessary for family planning. Because Dex is a treatment option during a pregnancy, testing for CAH was covered. Prior to having the genetic test, we had to meet with a genetic counselor. Hope that helps.
