It also just occured to me Aimee.  You were diagnosed from birth and received some form of steroid therapy pretty much throughout your life. Others with non-clasical are over exposed for quite some time before they are picked up and it is said that this leads to a porr inability to deal with stress.  Put the words Neurosteroids  into the search field on your computer and just research it for a day because I feel we are giving the wrong advise to people whe we advise them to JUST developa coping strategy and not deal with it in any other way i.e. blood tests to check levels.
