Hi Val,

 I had an asortment of medical students over the years for my endocrinologist.  My mother and I often had to wait months to get an appointment at the endo clinic for blood tests.  It was also hit and miss with my medication . I went through a period where I would not take the little white pill. I've been over medicated by well meaning doctors and also undermedicated. The endo I have had for the last ten years I see just twice a year.  I've had depression and anxiety. Also, I've come close to killing myself twice. Rational behavior modification saved my life.

 My purpose in writing to you was to give hope that it can get better. I still have some bad days but they are no different than anyone else.  I ment no harm. I'm sorry that I wrote to you.
