Second, CAH should be a factor in determining whether to homeschool. Since there will always be other factor, it can't be the one and only, but it definitely makes a serious impact on the desirability of homeschooling.
Too many people treat homeschooling like it's vegetarianism -- OK for some "overly serious" types but not for normal people. Homeschooling is much more like getting connected to the Internet, once you do it you wonder how people get along without it
