I asked my daughter's specialist and a genetics counsellor the same question a couple of weeks ago, I was told that any other children would have the exactly the same type of disease as the genees are very specific, however if I had another affected daughter her virilisation could be more or less severe as they could react differently to the excess testosterone caused by CAH.
