As parents we all know that effective punishment has to fit the situation otherwise the consequences are damaging to any child.  We start with a warning and Liam is in no doubt that a continuation has a consequence.  In my humble opinion it would have been more appropriate to issue a warning on the board followed by say a curfew for a month and then an isp ban for a longer period if respect is not shown to other board members.  A blanket ban does not help the image of the board or its members or for that matter the person banned.
