I have 2 CAH boys, one is 5 years old and one is two, they are so different. My 5 year old is calm and nice, and my two year old is wild ( he has red hair!), aggressive, funny etc...They are both in good control, they are just different. I do believe however, that the meds can really change/ alter personality. I took the DEX when I was pregnant and it made me very aggressive and crazy feeling, I am usually fairly calm. good luck. M-
