There is no direct link to the article as you have to register to get in to The Lancet at www.thelancet.com Then I used the search engine and typed in "infant genital surgery". This article was first. Registration is free and luckily so was this article. Others are pay per view. I just looked at it from when I posted before and realize the problem.
