I would appreciate any advice or info on wether CAH affects childrens sleeping patterns. My daughter will be four in October, and was diagnosed with CAH at six weeks. She has NEVER slept through the night without waking up at least once. She is always half asleep, not quite awake but very fretfull. It takes a good 15 minutes (which feels like ages in the middle of the night) to calm her down and get her back to sleep, recently she has been waking more often. I have not had this problem with her brother who does not have CAH, he will be eight in October. I am not sure if it is just the way she is or if it could be connected to CAH for her medication, any advice would be appreciated, a very tired mum!!
