Things went real well at the pediatrician yesterday. It was the first time that Olivia didn't cry -- she even held up her shirt so the dr could listen to her heart and lungs. It was so good that the doctor and I both almost started crying. The ped found that she had a slightly red throat and some irritation in the ear -- neither bad enough to require antibiotics. But she did give us some ear drops. Olivia was a much happier girl today. Wendy-Lee, thanks for the blood pressure info -- it didn't even cross my mind. Olivia's ped endo is constantly checking to make sure she doesn't have high blood pressure. This morning she said her head wasn't hurting. If it starts again, I will get her to the ped's office to have the blood pressure checked.
