My son Morgan complained of headaches often, when he was a toddler. When he was 2 1/2 they did a cat scan and found a sinus infection deep in his head, it took 2 courses of augmentin to get rid of it. I also agree with Wendy lee about checking BP

I have also found out that if we miss giving meds within a couple of hours they get a headache. I do believe that not enough cortef does coralate to headaches. Last winter the endo lowered their meds 5mgs, and in a few days they both got headaches, (I have twins with SWCAH) so I went back to the old dosage.

If they have had their meds, and they get a headache I also try giving some OJ and a snack, before I give a "headache pill". Hope this helps.
