I can remember being concerned about this a couple of years ago with my daughter,too. You are right, a lot of the symptoms are similar, and I was especially worried about the fact that my daughter seemed to drink and pee so much. SOMEONE on the board (?) - I can't remember who! - had an article or something that basically said that CAH and diabetes can NEVER co-exist; it has something to do with salt-wasting aspect of CAH. I asked my endo about this later, and she concurred. Hopefully whoever answered MY question a long while ago, will write in again (where ARE you!?!)!! Try not to worry too much, and - by all means - call your doctor to rule out diabetes, if you are very concerned. God's blessings.
