Cindy, I know it must be very frustrating for you to go through this for so long. Keep in mind that it took many months of titrating for most of the children who were on the Upjohn liquid cortef to get their levels to within a normal range. This does seem a bit long though. Have you expressed all your concerns with your Ped Endo? Ask him what he plans to do next if this decrease doesn't work. I think it was ChrisD who had a similar problem when switching. Perhaps she will post to you and give you some answers. The only other thing I can think of is that perhaps the pills are 10mgs instead of 5 mgs. It is worth a check. Pharmacists can and have made mistakes like this in the past.LynnT
