I tooke DEX with second pregnancy too, It made me hungry, but I was really hungry my first pregnancy too. I did gain about 10 lbs in the first couple of weeks of taking the DEX, it did taper off, but I had to really watch what I ate. I gained a total of 30lbs with both kids. I alos suffered from sleeplessness, and got kind of crazy feeling by the end of the treatment, very edgy! Try and hang in there as it is a tough road, but know that it does go away once you stop taking the meds. Good Luck.
