One hit over breakfast.

Sorry about the shorthand - I was just trying to show that a slow release pill could be used while also taking part of a normal tablet to bring the early morning dose up to the slightly higher level. Salt wasters have yet another pill to take.

Compliance is a major issue of CAH management, so if all the medicines could be given in one go at breakfast, results could only improve. Endocrinologists and parents who don't feel comfortable with moving to Dexamethasone would not feel pressured into so doing, because it is still hydrocortisone in this new slow-release pill which hasn't been designed yet.

Is there a flaw in the logic...?
