My son Jared is 10 years old and he has sw CAH.  However, he has not been very well controlled on the hydrocortisone and therefore I have been following the dexamethasone posts with interest.  I believe that you e mailed me some weeks ago, so I will go over the rest in a reply, as I woud like to correspond with other parents more in depth who use dex as opposed to HCT for treatment of CAH.  Besides you seem to be very knowledgeable and I feel that I could learn from you as I am not as confident as I might wish when I am dealing with my child's doctors.
