Hi, we live in West Windsor and use CHOP.  I don't know the other doctors, but ours is fabulous -- Dr. Weinzimer.  There is also a new outpatient CHOP facility right here in West Windsor.  The ped endo comes once a week - haven't tried her yet because I really like Dr. Weinzimer.  My daughter was also out of control under Dr. New's care (8 years ago when we went there for a second opinion).  They didn't listen to me.  She was originally only on cortef since she is a "supposed" non-salt waster and couldn't come in control.  I begged to add florinef  because I had read it help with difficult to control cases and they ignored me.  Our new endo listened and within 2 weeks of the florinef was in control.  Go for the second opinion.  In our case it wasn't until the third opinion we found help.  Good luck.
