The second line of the letter is a little confusing, "Due to this condition, he is on medication that makes him adrenally insufficient. "  It makes it sound as if the medication is causing the problems, which is obviously not the case.  I know what you mean to say, but someone unfamiliar with CAH might not, and you probably don't want them puzzling over the impression of mixed messages, in the case of emergency.
