Hi Beth,

If I'm recalling correctly, the conversion from Cortef to Prednisone is 4 to 1.  This would mean that your sons are taking the equivalent of 50 mg Cortef.  This would be quite a large dose.  I remember reading that generally a dose over 25 mg does not improve control.  Y'all check my figures.  What does everyone else think?
