John, my name is Kaye, I live in CT and had genetic testing done by Dr. New.  I am originally from Cali and will be moving back there in 1 1/2 years to live.  So, this is the reason I have contacted you, just curious as to why you were asking about CA.  I need to find an Endo. that is really knowledgeable there to treat my baby once I relocate.  Mind contacting me if you have any info?  Thanks.
