Valerie, ever since my son was diagnosed with SWCAH at 14 days old (now 1 year old) we have sucessfully given his meds approximately every 6 hours ( at the instruction of our endo).  7:30 am, 1:30 pm, and right before bed at 8:00 pm... After reading this message board and realizing that parents were giving a 11:00pm dose, I questioned our endo. She also stated that my son was well controlled on his current schedule.  I hope this helps!  I know we aren't at school age yet, but are having sucess on a 6  hour schedule...
