Our schedule is 7:00am, 2:00pm and 9:30pm for our 2 year old SWCAH son.  We like Chris, were on a 2x daily schedule for about 6 months until he grew out of the dosages.  My point being that my son would go from 7:00am until 9:00pm without a problem.

We also give the 9:30pm dose while he is sleeping.  We mix about 1.5 ml of juice with the crushed cortef into a syringe and slip it into his mouth.  He sucks it right up without even twitching!
