When my son was very young, we also had no problem with nighttime med time. Now that he is 9 though and like I said , a very deep sleeper (during first half of sleeptime) there have been times I have gone to wake him and had great difficulty, Then when prodded to swallow the pill, he has started to choke because he is not really awake. We also need to give him his pill with milk as a couple of years ago, encountered a difficult time with stomache problems due to the cortef on empty stomache.
