Susan A.For me personally, I found that it isn't the meds that need to be adjusted - it's my diet. Everytime I eat sugar or a lot of carbs I have a terrible time concentrating and am distracted easily. There is a REAL difference - for me. You may want to look at that aspect. I didn't look at it until I was 40 and found I never get yeast infections now and my concentration is really good - that means (as Sean stated on another post) that meals and how often are really important to those of us with adrenal problems. I have to eat every 2 1/2 hours or I have problems. Protein makes me feel really good and concentration is good.
