Six hours between AM and afternoon dose and then about 5-6 hours between afternoon and bedtime and then a full twelve hours until they get their Am dose, as I said both of my kids have low levels on a low dose of steroids, my little one, 2 1/2 takes 5 mg daily and my 5 year old takes 6.25 mgs total daily, both divided into 3 doses. Both are salt wasters, all levels show a bit oversuppressed but they are very slim etc.
