As of January 2001, NYS was to have added CAH to their newborn screening panel.  I actually received a letter from Dr. Novello Commissioner of the State of New York, Department of Health and was also advised by my son's Ped Endo who was very involved in making this happen. 

However, at our last appointment (3 weeks ago) our Dr. said that there was some "delay", but it should be offically added soon - YEAH!!!!
