HI  CAROL !  to be honest with you, i got back from florida and my husband and i decided agianst it. ( i know you probably think we are crazy ) I always had doubts about the test  and then my sister who is in medical transcription found a  medical book and it stated that when it comes to pp signs that the one to be really concerned about is pubic hair before the age of 8. Which i dont have to tell you made me really think ! So i'm still in the mode of finding info and keeping an eye on her and so far she  just  still  only has the breast buds. There is no hair or body odor . (knock on wood)  I was only wondering about the newborn screening because i just found out that i am expecting , and i figured that if they do it when they are babies i dont have to make that decision myself ! I know i probably sound like an ass to many  but those are my feelings . I just dont see a reason to put those chemicals or hormones in her at this time.  Anyway, i hope all is well with you and your family. take care.    liz d.
