My kids love that "snack mix" kind of stuff: with the pretzels, cereals, nuts, etc. and it IS salty! It isn't exactly health food, but I like to appease my mother's instincts by telling myself that at least the cereal must be good for them! Also, my SW daughter loves things like pickles and olives, which - of course - are prepared in a brine, so are loaded with salt. I am also told that regular peanut butter has quite a high salt content. You can probably find other things like crackers, etc., by checking the product info on the packaging, and looking for a high sodium content. Good luck!Wendy-Lee
