Yes a non salt waster can have a crisis.  Keep close watch when sick.  My daughter is also a supposed non salt waster, but it is really not that discrete.  All CAH kids have some form of salt wasting.  Our daughter has had crisis, but they do not sound as severe as those with serious salt wasting.  I give the solu-cortef injection after one episode of vomitin also.  Never take a chance with illness.
